We, the authors, ourselves have a very busy and hectic work life, but one thing that keeps us going everyday is our commitment to remaining fit and working out. If you think remaining fit and working out is only about building huge muscles and showing them off, then you’re thinking in the completely wrong direction. Fitness is a way of life. Young or old, it just doesn’t matter. Exercising and working out is just a way of telling your body that you care for it. It’s about giving it the attention that it deserves. Once you get into the habit of working out and start seeing the results, you won’t stop. Fitness is an addiction.
A problem that we’ve seen most Indians and people in general suffer from is the lack of proper guidance on muscle building and workouts, diet & nutrition, supplementation and fitness tips.
